Rose Conklin Obituary

Rose Conklin, 67, passed away on March 24, 2021 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was born on July 25, 1953 in Peekskill to the late Anthony and Catherine Schepis. On October 27, 1973 she married George K. Conklin.

Rose was a hard-working woman, who alongside her husband, and their children ran the family business, Letho’s Relocation which they opened together in 1989 and is still in operation today. Rose was loved by anyone who met her and a mother figure to many. Over the last 25 years Rose and George have enjoyed spending more time with family and friends on their beloved Cape Cod.

Rose is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, George K. Conklin, her devoted children, George A. Conklin, Susanne Conklin, and Jennifer M. Conklin- Tetor. Her two adoring grandchildren, Aiden and Cadence Tetor.

Funeral services will be private at this time. A memorial service is being planned for later this year and a small service in Cape Cod to honor Rose’s wishes.
