Grace E. Mazzone

Grace E. Mazzone, 90 of Great Barrington and formerly of Copake passed away on February 13, 2023. She was born in New York City on June 10, 1932. The daughter of Giovanni and Pauline (Sanna) Nonnato. She lived in Huntington Station before moving to Copake. Throughout her life she held different jobs, starting out on Wall Street, before becoming a seamstress and tailor. As her family grew she became a dedicated homemaker to raising her five sons. 

Grace is survived by her five loving sons; Robert A. Ferrusi of Red Hook, Ernest J. Ferrusi and his wife Danally Ferrusi of Hillsdale, Paul Ferrusi and his wife Kim Ferrusi of Ashley Falls, MA, Dominick L. Ferrusi and his wife Brett L. Ferrusi of Clifton Park, formerly of Copake Falls, and Michael V. Ferrusi and his wife Kathy Ferrusi of Elizaville. She also has nine grandchildren; Matthew J. Ferrusi and his wife Laura Ferrusi, Danielle A. Ferrusi, Elliot Ferrusi and his wife Loraine Ferrusi, Charles Ferrusi, Avery Ferrusi, Ester G. Ferrusi, Joshua Ferrusi, Tyler Ferrusi and Joey Marreo. One great granddaughter Amelia Grace Ferrusi. 

She was predeceased by her husband Vincent Mazzone. 

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM from Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 8063 Route 22, Copake, NY 12516. A time to share memories and offer condolences will begin at 9:00 AM until the start of the service. Interment will follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
