Duane Pezze Obituary

Duane A. Pezze, 49, of Wassaic, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 13, 2023. He was born on July 30, 1973 in Sharon, Connecticut. The son of Douglas and Faye (Camburn) Pezze. After high school Duane became a semi professional bowler who bowled 13 perfect 300 game during tournaments. His Cadillac was his pride and joy. Duane worked for Northwest lawn & landscape and was always willing to help anyone in need. He enjoyed hunting especially deer hunting with his father. On July 7, 2014 in Pine Plains, he married the love of his life, Kathleen (Phillips) Pezze, who survives him at home. Together they enjoyed taking trips to their special place, Lake George. 

Duane is survived by his wife and his two daughters; Brooke Wing and Hailee Pezze, his two step children Nicola DePino and Chase Paulsen. Three grandchildren, his brother Douglas Pezze Jr. and his wife Terry. In addition to his niece and nephew, Brittney Sullivan, and Douglas Pezze III. He is also survived by his great niece Chloe Sullivan and numerous extended family and friends. 

A time for sharing memories and offering condolences will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 7749 S. Main Street, Pine Plains. Followed by a prayer service beginning at 6:00 pm. Interment will take place privately.
