Clifford Goldsmith Obituary
Pine Plains, NY –Clifford Goldsmith, 92, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Noble Horizons.
He was born on January 13, 1929 in Pine Plains, NY the son of Floyd and Edith (Atkin) Goldsmith.
He was a long-time member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Pine Plains. Cliff was an avid walker, who also enjoyed gardening. He along with his wife volunteered for many years at Sharon Hospital. He was also a volunteer with the rescue squad, and was past Master of the Masonic Lodge.
On December 25, 1949 he married Eleanor Stehr at the First United Presbyterian Church, Pine Plains, NY, she predeceased him in 2018.
Survivors include his son, Clifford Goldsmith Jr., two granddaughters, Tiffini Sellers and her husband Billy Sellers and Chandi Goldsmith and her husband Michael Holt both of Salisbury, NC; and four great grandchildren, Bryanna, Leala, Madison and Taylor.
There are no calling hours. Funeral services and burial in Evergreen Cemetery will be private.
