Wayne L. Hiserodt

Wayne Hiserodt, 75 passed away after a long illness. He was the son of Kenneth and Mary Hiserodt. He began working on the family farm, and then worked 30 years for the New York State Parks & Recreation Department.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 52 years, Maureen. His daughter Amy Jourdin and son, Christopher (Monica) Hiserodt. His six grandchildren; Victoria (David), Alexandra (Jacob), Noah, Rose, Zoey & Liam. Four great grandchildren, Ava, Elliana, Amelia & Addelynn. His sister, Joan Hiserodt also survives. In addition to many extended family & wonderful friends.

A time for sharing memories and offering condolences will be held on Saturday October 7, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 8063 Route 22, Copake, New York. A short prayer service will follow at 1:00 pm.  Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers donations in Wayne’s memory may be made to Community Rescue Squad.
