Santino Delfino

Santino Louis Delfino was born on November 30th, 2001 in Carmel, New York. He lived a life defined by love. Despite only being given a life expectancy of one year, Santino fought against his condition, SMA Type 1, each and every day, and lived 24 beautiful years. He was a light in everyone’s life and a true inspiration to anyone that had the pleasure to meet him and learn his story. He said goodbye to his family and joined his God in heaven on February 3rd, 2026.

His family, Lucille, Robert, Alexandria, Christopher, Kristen, and Alicia, will forever cherish every moment they were lucky enough to be with Santino.

A time for sharing memories and offering condolences will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main Street, Pine Plains, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon from St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Poplar Avenue, Pine Plains. Fr. William White will officiate.
