Born on October 2, 1950, in Brooklyn, New York to the late George and Charlotte (Bergen) Koslab. After graduating from mechanic school in Brooklyn, Bob was drafted into the Army during the Vietnam War. He served as a Tank Commander. Upon receiving his honorable discharge, he came back home and married Patricia, with whom he shared a full and loving life. endeavor. His service to his country is a significant chapter of his life, underscoring his patriotism and courage.

Beyond his family and work commitments, Bob pursued hobbies that connected him with nature and fellowship. A keen deep-sea fisherman, he was a proud member of the Wander Anglers Fishing Club, where he found camaraderie, peace on the water and possibly a few to many libations.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Koslab, and their five devoted children: Robert, James “Jimmy,” George, William, and Patricia “Trish” Koslab and her companion Lauren Mendez. His grandson James Michael Koslab, and former daughter-in-law Michele Koslab.
