Patricia A. Kryzyek, 78, of Livingston, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2025 at Columbia Memorial Hospital. Patricia was born on January 21, 1947. She was a devoted friend and a cherished member of the community. She will be deeply missed by her close friends and staff at Livingston Hills Nursing Home.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, June 23rd, 2025 from 12:00 to 1:00pm at Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 8063 Route 22, Copake. A graveside service will follow at 2:00pm in Cedar Park Cemetery, Hudson, New York. Anyone who knew Patricia from Livingston Hills or from our community who wishes to be present for prayer and a moment of remembrance are welcome and invited to attend.
