Patricia K. Frederick, passed away on September 8, 2025, at The Landing at Laurel Lake in Lee, Massachusetts. Born on July 26, 1941, in the Bronx, New York, Patricia lit up the lives of those around her with her outgoing personality and remarkable sense of humor. She had an unparalleled gift for storytelling that captivated friends and family alike.

Patricia began her career as a banker for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. After she and her husband, Richard, moved to Pine Plains, she continued to work there until the long commute became too arduous. Her dedication to her work was evident in her transition to Support Systems, where she served as a secretary and bookkeeper until her retirement.

Well known around Pine Plains for her warm spirit, Patricia could often be seen walking through town. Her love for doo-wop music brought life to every gathering, and her passion for her cats was evident in the tender care she provided them. Patricia also enjoyed adventure, cherishing memories from trips to Las Vegas and Hawaii.

She is survived by her nieces, Janet (Ronald) Doyle, and Deborah Kiernan, along with her great nieces and nephews, Michelle and Mike McCarthy, Steven Haire, Courtney Haire, and Nicole Doyle.

Patricia is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard "Uncle Fred" Frederick, her nephew Ryan Doyle, her sister Maureen Shaw, and her brother Leo Kiernan.

Family and friends are invited to share in celebrating the legacy of a remarkable woman who touched many lives with her kindness. A graveside service to honor Patricia's life will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Bangall, on September 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
