Joseph W. Furner

Joseph W. Furner, 38 of Hillsdale died June 11, 2016. Joe was born November 16, 1977 in Hamilton, NY. A graduate of Taconic Hills, Joe went on to work in construction and was a skilled carpenter. He was a talented musician with a love of distilling, cars, music, the outdoors, his friends, family and dog Reilly. He was a kind soul with a huge heart and a captivating smile and laugh.

Joe is survived by his parents Bill and Zelda Furner siblings Edward (& Gina) Furner, Melissa (& Ricky) Rothvoss and Billy (& Lisa) Furner; nephew Cooper Rothvoss and nieces Victoria Furner, Abby Jennings and Chelsea Vasko; and life partner Meghan McCann.

Please join us in a memorial to celebrate Joe's life Thursday, June 16 at the Roe Jan Park at 5pm. Please bring an instrument and a memory to honor Joe.
