Jane I. Speed, 71 of Barton St. in Millerton, NY passed away on Sunday July 13, 2014 at Geer Nursing and Rehabilitation in Canaan, CT.
She was born on March 4, 1943 in Hyde Park, NY.
A very peaceful person, Jane enjoyed drawing and painting and was a lover of all animals.
She had been employed in food service at the Hotchkiss School.
Jane was pre deceased by her husband John Speed and a daughter, Teri.
She leaves a daughter Nicolette Speed of Millerton.
Services will be private.
Arrangements are with the Peck & Peck Funeral Home of Copake NY.
