Darryl R. Shadic

Darryl R. Shadic, 53 of Hillsdale, NY passed away on Thursday August 4, 2016 at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY.

He was born on April 28, 1963 in Hudson, NY a son of Ardith L. (Durkee) Shadic of Copake, NY and the late Everett "Sonny" Shadic Jr.

Darryl was a graduate of Taconic Hills Central School and had bee employed by Williams Lumber in Hudson.

He was an exceptional bowler, having may 300 games to his credit and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees.

Surviving besides his mother is a son, Matthew Shaw of Massachusetts; a sister, Whitney Wallace of Ballston Spa, NY and two brothers, Dane Shadic of Copake and Lance Shadic of Sheffield, MA.

Funeral services will be held on Monday August 8, 2016 at 11 AM from the Peck and Peck Funeral, 8063 State Route 22 in Copake NY.

There are no calling hours.

Interment will follow in the Copake Cemetery.
