Dear family, I was so glad to have known Pete. We had some good times when he stayed at my Jersey City place years ago, when he needed a break from the long commute. And I'll miss him yelling out my name as he motorcycled past my Route 44 house! Al

We are so sorry and shocked to hear of Pete's passing. We lived across the street on Fancor Road, coming to know the Kelly's when they moved there. Our daughter babysat for the little Kelly's years ago and Pete always walked her down his driveway, even though it was right across the street, to make sure she got home safe. James, and our son Warren, played together as little boys. Halloween in those early years was always fun, as he was a very fun-loving guy. Our prayers are with his children, and the rest of his family, during this most difficult time. Know your hearts are breaking and pray you find peace in knowing many are thinking of you. Gone way too soon. Our deepest condolences, Warren & Derry Lounsbury

My thoughts and prayers to the Kelly family at this difficult time. I was privileged to be able to work with Pete on a few projects...most recently New York Presbyterian Hospital. He was a great man and a great mechanic. He will be sorely missed.
