Jeanne Day Obituary
Pine Plains, NY – Jeanne D. Day, 45, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, NY.
She was born on May 8, 1972 in New Haven, CT the daughter of Denise (Kamienski) Rapuano and the late Anthony Rapuano.
Jeanne was operations manager for Sand Road Animal Hospital in Falls Village, CT for over twenty years. She trained, boarded and was a handler at Westminster Dog Show.
On September 1, 2003 in Red Hook, NY she married Daniel J. Day. He survivors her at home.
Survivors include her husband, Daniel, her mother Denise Rapuano, a sister, Diane Rapuano, father-in-law, James Day, many aunts and uncles; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Monday, February 19, 2018 from 1 to 5 PM at Peck & Peck Funeral Home 7749 South Main St. Pine Plains, NY.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 10 AM from the funeral home with Vicar Jackie Jefferson, officiating.
Interment will be private
