Caleb Paul Dier

Caleb Paul Dier of Craryville, NY passed away tragically on August 21st 2019 at the age of 7, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on January 4, 2012 in Hudson NY to Christina Gubler and Edward J. Dier.

Caleb was the light of his parents life and could brighten any room with his happy go lucky personality. Caleb was creative, caring and selfless. Even as a young child he would always put others before himself. Caleb enjoyed video games, his kitties, and making people laugh. Caleb was and will always be cherished by his family and friends, he will be so deeply missed by many.

Caleb will be laid to rest beside his grandfather Paul A. Gubler in St. Bridget’s Cemetery

Surviving besides his parents are his grandmother’s, Fannie Gubler and Deborah Dier; grandfathers Christopher Weaver and Martin Dier; His aunt Cassandra Weaver and uncles Robert Gadway, David Gadway, Nicholas Dier and Michael Dann. He also leaves a huge caring and loving family and many friends.

Calling hours will be held at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, Route 22 in Copake, NY from 4-7 PM on Wednesday August 28th.

A Liturgy of the Word will be held at 11 AM on Thursday August 29th at Our Lady of Hope Parish in Copake, NY.

In lieu of flower donations Caleb would prefer donations to AnimalKind, 721 Warren St., Hudson NY 12534 as Caleb had always wanted to work there and help kitties in need.
