Beatrice M. Bouchard

Beatrice M. Bouchard, 84 of Hillsdale, NY. died on Monday September 3, 2018 at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY.

She was born on January 11, 1934 in Hillsdale to Shadic and Edith (Madison) Haywood.

A life long area resident Beatrice had been employed as a certified nursing assistant at the Pine Haven Home in Philmont for over 28 years until her retirement in 2001.

Beatrice touched the lives of many people and will be deeply missed by her family and those lives she touched with her warm caring heart and strong spirit. “Rest in Peace Ma Bea”.

Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Gene and Mary Bouchard of New Mexico; daughter, Alexis Blaylock of North Carolina. She also leaves two sisters, Nancy Haywood and Catherine Wells (Sam), both of Gt. Barrington, MA. In addition Beatrice leaves several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was pre deceased by her daughter Terry Cleveland earlier this year and a son Alex Bouchard in 1964. Beatrice also leaves behind her primary caregiver Marria Cleveland of Hillsdale who is Terry’s daughter.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Copake Cemetery with the Rev. George Brennan officiating.
