Lynn Marie (Miller) McCann

Lynn Marie (Miller) McCann 56 of Copake, NY passed away peacefully at home on the morning of Friday June 30th surrounded by her family and beloved dog, Dusty. 

Lynn was pre deceased by her parents, Harriet (Edelman) Miller and David R. Miller Sr. of Hillsdale, NY. 

She graduated from Taconic Hills High School, class of 1980 and later received an Associates degree in computer science from Columbia - Greene Community College. Lynn worked in the banking industry for over 30 years in Columbia and Greene counties. 

Lynn loved gardening and vacationing with her family in York Beach Maine, Lake George, Aruba and Mirror Lake in the Adirondacks. 

She is lovingly remembered by her husband Kevin McCann of Copake; a daughter and son in law, Amy and Scotty McAdoo of Menands, NY and a son Robert William McCann of Copake. She also leaves a sister and brother in law, Deborah and Paul Chaikowski of Mellenville, NY; a sister Karen Miller of Exeter, CA and a brother David Miller of Hudson. In addition, her brother in laws, William McCann of Copake and Joe Murphy and wife Marlene of Glenville, NY and two aunts, Peggy and Lois Edelman, both of Hillsdale along with several nieces and nephews. 

Friends are invited and may call on Monday July 3, 2017 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the Peck and Peck Funeral Home, 8063 State Rt. 22 in Copake. 

Funeral services will follow at 2 PM at the funeral home. 

Private interment will be held at a later date.
