Laura Ann Pegalis
June 13, 2017i remember the first time I met Laura while working for a repair shop over 20 years ago. We talked and she made you feel like you were a part of her family. Whenever we would see each other over the years at work or at the diner she would always have a smile and ask how my family was. She was a wonderful lady who will greatly missed. I'm glad I had the privilege to call her my friend.

I knew Laura since I was born. She always had a smile on her face and always made you laugh. She was part owner with my grandfather of PJ Quarter horses, so of course I always saw her, she was part of our family. I remember one time we had a sleep over at her house and I bought my Barbie dolls and she played with me. She also set up the bed next to mine and slept next to me because I was scared. I will miss her greatly but she no longer has to suffer and can be in peace. I love you Laura and am sorry I can't be there to say goodbye to you, just know I am always thinking of you.

Laura... What can I say. Laura was a strong, caring and a beautiful woman from the inside out. I knew Laura for many years. My father Harold Haire worked for her on the farm for a long time. After my father passed she was there for me. She listened to me and gave me sound advice. She had a way of making you feel special. She will forever be in my heart.

Laura was a faithful and loving friend. I cherish the times we shared here in Wyoming on the ranch, the times we shared at the horse sale in Mandan ND and when I came to visit the farm in New York. I will never forget when she was here for my daughter's Rodeo Queen auction. She told me several times how much fun she had and we would laugh about it. I still have the mare that came from her and I think of Laura every time I see her in the pasture. I know that Laura has gone to be with the Lord and I rejoice with her.
